One-bedroom apartment of 73 m2. The project was carried out exclusively according to the requirements and wishes of the Customer. Our Company is very loyal and does not impose its ideas. We offer, and the Customer either accepts the correction or refuses and contributes their ideas.

The apartment has been redeveloped on the ground floor to create additional space for built-in storage and appliances in the small kitchen, as well as to accommodate a bar counter and a TV area on the living room side. There is an additional storage system under the stairs. On the second floor there is a spacious dressing room, a cozy sleeping area and a workplace.

The design was created mainly in pink tones, mainly in the current shade of “dusty rose”, which was one of the main wishes of the Customer. The walls are finished for painting, with the addition of accent panels of handmade wallpaper in the sleeping area and decorative plaster made in the gradient technique. In addition, the designer was asked to visually increase a small area with the help of large mirrors on the entire wall, made to order. The concept of this delicate interior is perfectly complemented by air hanging lamps, Fluid Art paintings and romantic decor made of plaster pigeons.

On the floor of the first floor there is a porcelain tile with imitation onyx, and on the second floor there is a high-quality laminate.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them guest, on the first floor, in which a shower was made. The walls are tiled with white marble, which fits into the overall style of the interior. The second bathroom upstairs with a large tub is located behind a hidden invisible door, decorated to match the wall decoration in the bedroom. The tiles are selected in warm shades that promote relaxation, and the accent is a decorative panel with golden flowers, which continues a large mirror on the entire wall. For the most comfortable use, the designer provided heating behind the mirror to prevent the effect of fogging. The loggia on the first floor was glazed and insulated.

We use only high-quality rough finishing materials, because the main thing in the repair of an apartment is the base.


The base on which the wallpaper and tiles are glued, on which the floor coverings are laid, which is filled with a screed (plumbing) and which is plastered and sewn up by the ceiling (electrics). When the base is hard and smooth (screed, plaster, putty, drywall), only then can all the finishing materials be done efficiently and for a long time. We pay great attention to the repair of the apartment base, which is why we have the largest warranty for repairs — 7 years.
